Worst Company Ever, Need An Oregon Class Action Lawsuit

I was given a gift for Christmas from Massage Envy which I ended up keeping for 2 years. At the end of the two years the credit card that the monthly payment was being charged to which was my girlfriends had expired and I told her that I would just call and cancel the membership since the massages were horrible anyways. So I called the Cedar Hills Location since that was the closest to my house and they told me that I had to call the Tualatin location. I called the Tualatin location and they told me that I had to drive from my house in Aloha Oregon all the way to Tualatin to cancel my membership and that I could not cancel it at the Cedar Hills location. I drove to the Tualatin location to cancel the membership and they told me that since Karen my girlfriend was the one who purchased the membership that she would also have to drive all the way to Tualatin and that they couldn’t cancel it at the Cedar Hills location. That is completely absurd that I would now have to drive back to Aloha and come back at a later date with Karen and I so I told them they need to cancel the membership and that is it, I’m not driving all the way out here again. I believe they make it as difficult as possible to cancel a membership once they have you locked in. I also had over ten massages that we already paid for that they told me I could not have unless I was currently still a member, that’s atleast $590 that they stole. Again this is a service that was paid for in advance that they refused to honor. After all of this a few months later I checked my credit and they had filed a collection against me. How does that work when I never purchased the membership and had no financial ties to it what so ever. Again this was purchased for me as a gift. I have looked on line and unfortunately there are thousands of other people out there who have had or are having the same problems with Massage Envy.
