I purchased an e-card for a gift for Christmas ! They charged me twice and I need my $ 100 refunded to me ASAP! Have called 4 times will not call back and emailed them 4 times and no response ! If anyone knows how to get to the ecard support line please let me know ! Thanks Theresa

    Hello. Same thing happened to me on Dec. 28th. They charged me 2 extra times for a total of $150. Their corporate number is: 1-480-366-4100. Their based in Arizona. I had to dig all over for a number. When I called repeatedly with no luck getting a person on the phone I left an email at guestrelations@massageenvy.com and no one has yet to return my calls or emails and it’s been 48hrs. I will be filing a complaint with BBB and Consumer Affairs soon.

    Email them at gift@massageenvy.com. Online gift cards are downloadable for 365 days. After that, the only way they can be accessed is by being refreshed in their system.
