Board Complaints Here is a link for the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards. When clients are harmed by therapists they often do nothing. A client can also look on google to find their state’s board.

Hello everyone. Hope all are having a great day. The person you least expect to hear from would be A MASSAGE ENVY THERAPIST. I have read many shared stories and sympathize with many of you. I want to tell you from a Massage Envy Massage Therapist’s perspective that I LOVE MY JOB. My name is Kelley and I am employed by the Envy in Plainfield, IN I have been in there employ for over 3 years.
I am a Trigger Point Therapist which basically means that I cause a lot of discomfort to relieve chronic pain. Even though this is my preference, I do work for Envy and my client list for a day may include couples massage, swedish, and/or a child massage. Because I do work for Massage Envy, I cater to the client needs. I spent a lot of money and over 2 years and 1,200 clinical hours to obtain my credentials which I treat with the most respect as I expect anyone else to treat me.

I want you all to know that I realize there are some Envy’s out there that don’t have all their ducks in a row. That some owner’s hastily put someone in charge that shouldn’t be. But please know that because of the Massage Therapist’s education and training, we care. Please know that.

I love the one here in VA Harbor View….I can get an appt. Sometimes same day or within the same week…I enjoy the experiences there except that they do end early…always 10 min. Prior…I should get my full time with a few minutes to get dressed.
